My husband and I were staying 2 nights but checked out a day early. We wanted a relaxing day by the pool but could only see 2 lounge seats, people were sitting on the half wall and on the ground and the pool is very small.

One, if not the, worst hotel pools we have ever saw and wished we had paid extra to stay at the Metropol. The pool looks nothing like the photos.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice and a great affordable option at the Crown complex, but there were aspects that really let us down as a family.

We booked interconnecting rooms so the two kids could have their own space, but the TV in their room wasn't working. It wasn't quite as dismal as 12 but you get the idea.

A complete rip off which stopped us from ordering anything else in-room. We have stayed before and will likely stay again due to the availability of inter-connecting rooms, but don't expect too much, it's cheap for Crown for a reason.
